• Electronic Tax Filing Information Integration Processes
• As part of Executive Yuan's strategy to provide the citizens online tax filing services and the public sector working towards Electronic / Internet Government, Trade-Van has been working with agencies to establish the Electronic Tax Filing Information Integration Processes services. The service has been serving the public for more than ten years, and it was awarded Asia PKI first place award.

• Land Administration e-Service
• In cooperation with land administration agencies, Trade-Van commences the Land Administration e-Service in 1996. The service includes “Land info query service” and “Electronic Cadastral Application”. Instead of going to the public land offices, interested parties can make inquires such as electronic cadastral maps and land rights transfer online, this enables the public to retrieve real estate information at their fingertips.

• Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Premium Center
• In 1994, Taiwan Insurance Institute worked with Trade-Van to establish the Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Premium Center. The center provides insurance acceptance and claim information across all seventeen non-life insurance companies. By comprehensively managing customer identities and account information, insurance companies can leverage their investments in risk and compliance for strategic advantage.

• National Public Assets Management System Maintenance Service
• Trade-Van commence the maintenance service project in December 1994. The project consists of assisting National Property Administration office to provide system training and maintenance to 600 public agencies. The scope of the project has expanded from National Property Administration to other agencies, such as Ministry of Justice, Judicial Yuan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Research Development and Evaluation Commission and Financial Supervisory Commission. Now more than 200 public agencies are utilizing this service to increase focus on improving efficiency and value for money.

• Assets Management System of Veterans Affairs Commission
• The system provides the facility to store detailed information against inventory and stock items. The system’s database holds detailed information against each item and records transfer and disposal events. This system’s powerful report function satisfies both management and financial requirements.

• National Property Administration Online Transaction System Diagram
• Well organized and managed property management had received increased attention from the National Property Administration of Ministry of Finance. Trade-Van developed the Online Transaction System to assist government’s goal of enhancing the efficiency of assets management and effective utilization of national properties. The system not only provided information on national land, land usage and infrastructure planning, it also serves as the foundation for national assets allocation management data provider for official references.

• Internet Credit Guarantee Operational System
• The objective of The Small and Medium Business Credit Guarantee Fund (SMEG) is to provide credit guarantee to those small and medium enterprises that are in normal operations but are short of collateral in seeking external financing. To ensure the automation of the guarantee process, Trade-Van established the Internet Credit Guarantee Operational System in 2002. Through its guarantee facility, the SMEG helps those enterprises to obtain credit from financial institutions in a smooth manner.

• Online Declaration and Tracking System of Bureau of Agricultural Finance
• Information such as credit departments of farmers’ and fishermen’s associations, monthly operation details, statutory ratios, average interest rates, asset quality analysis, capital adequacy ratios and guarantees from the Agricultural Credit Guarantee Fund can all be declared online. The Online Declaration and Tracking System allow agricultural finance institutions to declare information online and provide a turning point for the transparency of information in agricultural finance.

• Financial Monitoring Information Platform of the Banking Bureau
• Banking Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan faced increasing demand for interactions between government and the financial industry. Enhanced relations online promote more secure, convenient, transparent work processes. The Financial Monitoring Information Platform was established to facilitate information gathering and sharing, and it also possesses reporting generating function for statistics and knowledge sharing purposes.

• Administration System of the Financial Examination Bureau
• The Financial Examination Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan was established in 1994, Since its establishment Trade-Van has developed Administration System to provide Examination plan management function and a single supervisory information reporting system for the examination team to do their jobs more effectively.

• Public Functionary Assets Disclosure System
• In an effort to curb corruptions and improve economic governance. Department of Government Ethics, Taipei City Government commissioned Trade-Van to establish Public Functionary Assets Disclosure System in 2000. The system eliminated paperwork loading by enables public servants to make disclosures online. The system’s report generating function informs administrations the latest disclosure progress and make the reminder announcements when necessary.

• KGI Taiwan Server Security Project
• KGI Taiwan outsourced the Server Security Project to Trade-Van. The project consists of quick implementation of electronic account management and secure control process establishment. The system streamline the validation processes and thus greatly reduced costs for KGI Taiwan.

• Healthcare Management System of Department of Health
• The legacy Healthcare Management System of Department of Health consists of Health Administration System and Administrative Penalty Management System. Due to the regulation changes and market complexity, the needs for system integration and improvement on operation process is needed for effectively manage the healthcare services. Trade-Van was commissioned to integrate the both systems and delivered a web-based interface for the healthcare professionals to exchange data across multiple agencies. The system greatly improved decision support making capabilities of the policy makers.

• Earthquake Double Insurance Query Platform
• Taiwan Residential Earthquake Insurance Fund (TREIF) was created within Taiwan’s Insurance Law, and was operated from April 1, 2002. The maximum sum insured is NT$1,200,000 for each residential building, with the limit of the scheme of NT$60 billion. According to TREIF’s December 31, 1996 data, there were 2.8% of double insured cases. In order to protect the rights and fairness of the public, there are needs to prevent the occurrence of double insure cases. The Earthquake Double Insurance Query Platform provided the insurance company and financial services to make prevention measures including querying and checking with the database.
