In July 2000, Trade-Van co-founded the Pan-Asian eCommerce Alliance which provides secure and reliable IT infrastructure and promotes efficient global trade and logistics, facilitating faster and paperless transactions for businesses in the region. More memberships were subsequently received and accepted from China International Electronic Commerce Centre, CIECC (China), Korea Trade Network, KTNET (Korea), Nippon Automated Cargo And Port Consolidated System, Inc. (Japan), Dagang Net (Malaysia), TEDMEV (Macau) and CAT Telecom Public Company Limited (Thailand).

In 2005, Trade-Van joined Asia-Europe Alliance (ASEAL). ASEAL is an international organization, whose mission is to develop and expand cooperation in the field of Paperless Trade in order to contribute to the economic development of Asia and Europe. By joining ASEAL, Trade-Van is able to provide an open and transparent migration path to link paper and electronic equivalent documents across European countries.

ASEAL's mission is to promote paperless trade between regions and contribute to the economic development of Asia and Europe. Each ASEAL partner contributes to secure and reliable transmission of trade, logistics and customs information. In April 2005 Trade-Van joined ASEAL, to enable paperless trade and advanced technology solutions to all businesses in Taiwan.
